I recently purchased a new car from Wrights Motors after having a bad experience with a previous dealer.

However, from my first interaction with enquiring and putting down a deposit up until the delivery of my new car, the communication was FLAWLESS. I was instantly reassured and kept regularly up to date with the cars progress with pictures and videos as and when required.

Any questions I had they would quickly get back to me in a friendly and polite manner even on his day off! Nothing was ever too much trouble and he really cared about making a difference.

I finally received the car today and it looks absolutely beautiful. The level of detail and care that was put into the car they sold me is to be commended. It was valeted to a high standard, it looked like a brand new car. The delivery driver arrived promptly on time to hand over the keys to me and was also really friendly and helpful.

If I ever need a new car again I'll definitely come back as I know I'll be in good hands. Fully recommended 👍

The car was ready and waiting for me on collection day, it was presented very well inside and out and smelt lovely! Dean and all his team were polite and friendly. Just bought a Mazda 2 from these guys, amazing service, very kind and super quick. Went in Monday and reserved the new car. MOT on Tuesday. Full Service on Thursday, and got it Friday. Could not recommended anymore!

The service and MOT completed as stated. The waiting area was comfy with fresh coffee made for us. Very polite and friendly staff too. A very pleasant experience.
